Eeeh. Still i have a problem with G-Sync on. When i launch game i have a black screen and not responding for some times (not always). Lastest drivers without this issue and stuttering is XG 385.69 and 'have a good performance on DX12(!)'. I must use 388.13 for Wolfenstein now but i switch back to v385.69. Another thing is i have a Windows10(stfu) v1709 Fall Creators Update and that types of issues is on this version. Like always micro$%^it.
(sory for my English Wink).

Sadly this is the problem nVidia got for a long, long, long time. They bring new Drivers, then a few days later they need a Hotfix for their own G-Sync.

@Quarak: Microsoft has nothing to do with that Problems. The G-Force cards and the G-Sync system is made my nVidia.

This driver is the most stable driver for me from probably the past year. No crashes. Overclock no crashes. I play Killer Instinct, DOTA 2, TF 2, Quake Champions, Mass Effect Andromeda, Mortal Kombat XL, Doom, Injustice Gods Among Us 2, Middle Earth Shadow of War, NBA 2K18. Everything works flawlessly on ultra. Keep up the good work. I love me a stable driver that overclocks well.
I don't have G-Sync though so I can't say on that end.

From time to time I have a black screen, and I have to stop and restart the monitor from the power button, any suggestion?

That actually sounds like a monitor issue. Like it is having trouble changing resolutions when going full screen or something. Here are some things you could try.

1: Ensure the Monitor Cables are Secure
2: Review your DVI and HDMI Cable Configuration
3: Ensure the Monitor Cables are Not Damaged (try different cables)
4: Note the resolution and be sure that it isn't out of bounds.
5: Reset Power Management Options and Disable the Screen Saver
6: Obtain the latest Video Card Driver
7: Try the Monitor on Another Computer
8: Repair or Replace the LCD monitor
