I make my own coolant. 10/90 ethylene glycol (auto coolant) to distilled water. I add a few drops of iodine as a biocide and Im good to go. I use colored UV reactive Fesser tubing instead of colored coolant. Keeps the costs nice and low and does the job just as well. Just make sure you arent mixing aluminum and copper in the same loop. Pretty sure most radiators and blocks are solid copper these days tho. http://www.overclock.net/t/141512/mixing-aluminum-and-copper-in-a-waterloop _________________ CPU:Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.92ghz 1.375v w/ H2O Mobo:eVGA x58 3x SLi Memory:12gb Corsair Dom. ddr3 1600mhz Graphics:2x eVGA GTX 480 SLi @ 900/1800/2000 w/ H2O Koolance VID-NX480 Blocks PSU:Enermax Galaxy 1000w Storage:Intel 510 120gb sata 3 SSD, Seagate 1.5tb, Seagate 500gb x2, WD 1tb x2 Sound:Creative Recon3d Pro Fatal1ty w/ Z-5500 Digi's, Sennheiser PC360 Displays:Samsung S27B550 / Samsung 2243BWX Case:CM Cosmos S OS:Win. 7 Ult. x64

Semp i am waiting on parts.. got the HAF 932 advanced here, and my Lite-On iHAS 624.
Was thinking about UV White but where from? I have found UV White tubing which i might go for or invis blue. But UV White tubing would be cheaper way to go as flushing the system is a biotch if you gotta buy dye everytime or a premix. I have seen a lot of thread about people with premix and dye in their shit and the blocks and shit start to clog and i dont wanna play like that.
I heard running car antifreeze voids warranty? I was planning on running d. water and kill coil, with a few drops of algae kill i think its called PT NUke. I am going to run a XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 kit in my rig. First watercooled setup and i can mod it later if needed.
Worm.. i was going to do the same but Ivy is compatable with 1155 so i am good with my gen3 board which has pcie 3.0 _________________ CPU: Intel Core i7 2700k w/ h2O

Not sure if it voids warranty or not, not sure how theyd be able to tell if I clean the blocks...either way, Ive been doing this for 7-10 years and have never had a leak or any component in my loop fail, one of my current pumps is 6 years old, and still chugging away So Ive never really had to RMA anything, and the way I see it, if a block or radiator starts to leak...warranty on either of those is going to be the least of my concerns at that point lol. _________________ CPU:Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.92ghz 1.375v w/ H2O Mobo:eVGA x58 3x SLi Memory:12gb Corsair Dom. ddr3 1600mhz Graphics:2x eVGA GTX 480 SLi @ 900/1800/2000 w/ H2O Koolance VID-NX480 Blocks PSU:Enermax Galaxy 1000w Storage:Intel 510 120gb sata 3 SSD, Seagate 1.5tb, Seagate 500gb x2, WD 1tb x2 Sound:Creative Recon3d Pro Fatal1ty w/ Z-5500 Digi's, Sennheiser PC360 Displays:Samsung S27B550 / Samsung 2243BWX Case:CM Cosmos S OS:Win. 7 Ult. x64
I been thinking of getting http://www.aquatuning.de/product_info.php/info/p2393_Innovatek-Protect-Konzentrat-by-Aquatuning-500ml.html for my setup since you only replace it like once a year i should be alright since it makes 3 liters. _________________ CPU: Intel Core i7 2700k w/ h2O

I had to get a new one as this ddr2 and sata 3gb limitation is just outdated

Cpu only loop? Ever consider dropping your gpu into the loop as well? Things get even quieter
Will be doing that at some point but debating on a new gfx card so the loop is staying like this for a while... waiting on 600 series from nvidia and if it sucks then will get the best amd out.. _________________ CPU: Intel Core i7 2700k w/ h2O
