the link also failed for me, i got a message that page was not found
i am using firefox, I.E. 8 reached the webpage but i couldn't DL the file, said that i had to log in, and i got a pop up that looked like a virus, said i was at risk and i couldn't close it normally. i had to use task manager to close it and it said it wasn't working and had to use end it now pop up.
is this site safe?
do i have to join up to do any downloads?
