Chipset drivers

Hey. Im using acer aspire 5738G laptop. I just reinstall windows and i dont find any drivers for my chipset. According to CPU-Z program the chipset that is used is intel Pm45 rev.07. Can you pls help me find drivers for it. Drivers on offical webpage seems a little outdated. I checked the intel site and couldn find any drivers for pm45

Using the older driver from manufacturer page is better than nothing if you can't find one.
