My System
Toshiba L650D- 13F
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4200
Amd Athlon p340 2,2 Ghz
4gb ram
I have install the new driver 12,4 for my 4200M when i play a game Modern Warfare3 or older games is the graphic realy shit see Pictures:

Try doing a clean uninstall using driver sweeper and then reinstall the latest XG for your GPU.
