Tweakforce releases the Xtreme-G 301.40 Nvidia Desktop Drivers for Windows 7. Available in the downloads section and as always your constructive feedback is appreciated.

Thank god for that second link, 78kbs capped vs 1+MBs is a huge difference

the inf modification was a great idea. it runs now and the drivers are very smoothly - crysis 2 runs like hell
