The new mobo u selected has a very low rating. try finding one with a good customer rating.. lots of ppl are getting DOA dead on arrival.. with that board.
Do u already have a DVD drive? if not u will want one.
Also that PSU i put in is a POWER House. it has more than enough amperage on a Single rail. for ur RAM CPU and GPU. if u go with a really Cheap alternative make sure all the 12v rails have a minimum of 18Amps per rail.
Due to any 775 board having a max of 4 slots. u will HAVE to get 4 gig Ram dimms. if i REALLY want 16gig of mem DO consider getting one 4 gig stick and not 2 2gig sticks

if youre running a server you will need it maybe.
but with current hardware its just imba. op 2 da max...
glad that you gave that 250 gts a go... best choice imho..
a quad 6600 f0r 100 bugs is also a nice deal.
